Multiple New England Highland breeders participate in the national AHCA Quality Highland Beef program to further promote Highland beef in the cattle industry.
The Quality Highland Beef Program promotes the production of purebred Highland beef and cross-bred Highland beef that holds at least 50% of Highland blood.
